VICTOR RIEGO

F&B Group Kabuki Director

Victor joined the group in 2011 as a sommelier. At Kabuki he discovered the world of sake and teas, products that he added to what, until then, had been his great passion, the wine. For 3 years he managed the Abama Kabuki restaurant and in 2019 he became part of the group’s structure as F&B Director, responsible for the service and the drinks offer of the group’s restaurants.

ALEJANDRO DURAN

Executive Chef

Alejandro studied cooking in Mexico City and completed his training at Racó de Can Fabes, Azurmendi and Martin Berasategui. He joined Abama Kabuki in 2012, where he was the sous chef, joining Kabuki Wellington as head chef in 2017, a position he held until the summer of 2021, when he joined the group’s corporate team.

FRANCISCO SANCHEZ

Restaurant Senior Manager

A journalist until in 2006, when he decided to make a change in his professional career and dedicate himself to the hospitality industry. He joined Kabuki when we were managing the catering services for the president and directors of Banco Santander Ciudad Financiera, becoming later on the director of the restaurant Kirei Las Cortes until 2021, year in which he became the director of the development of Kirei concept.

MARC IBAÑEZ

Restaurant Project Manager

Marc completed his university studies at the University of Barcelona, later complementing them with courses in Sommelier and Maestro de Sala. He began his career at the Circulo Mercantil restaurant at Casino Gran Via in Madrid and joined Kabuki Wellington in 2019 as assistant sommelier, a position he held until 2021, to, after a brief stint at the Four Seasons Hotel in the Spanish capital, rejoin Kabuki in his current position.drid incorporándose a Kabuki Wellington en 2019 como segundo sumiller, trabajo que desempeño hasta 2021, para después de un breve paso por el Hotel Four Seasons de la capital de España, reincorporarse a Kabuki en su puesto actual. 

PABLO GUIDICE

Operations Manager

Partner and founder of several gastronomic concepts such as the legendary Sudestada, Chifa or Cervezas La Virgen, he joined Kabuki in 2017 to lead the implementation of the group in Miami, moving there in 2019 to be in charge of logistics and purchases of the industrial division of the group, a position he will hold until mid-2022 where he will take charge of the Group’s Operations Management.

MARTA FLORES SEABRA

Marketing Director

She studied Business Management at Warwick Business School and worked in the Marketing department of the Kabuki Group from 2015 to 2017, when she left the group to participate in a family restaurant project in Lisbon. In 2021, on the occasion of the Kabuki Lisboa restaurant project, she rejoined the group to manage the Marketing and public relations of the restaurant.
