HIROMI OKURA

Restaurant Manager Kabuki Kōmori

Hiromi has developed his entire professional career in Kabuki, starting in 2020 at Kabuki. He was the assistant manager at Kabuki Wellington and the director of Kabuki Raw. He is currently the director of Kabuki Kōmori. He took the Maestro de Sala and Sommelier course at Madrid´s Chamber of Commerce and the sake sommelier course in Japan.

Chelo joined the group after being at La Broche. She is the soul of Kabuki restaurant where she joined as manager over 14 years ago, during which time she achieved the restaurant’s Michelin star.

VICTOR JARDIM

Restaurant Manager Kabuki Lisboa

Víctor started in hospitality at a very young age in the island of Madeira, progressing professionally and he graduated as sommelier with the WSET Course, working as a sommelier in several restaurants. From 2015 to 2019, he was the F&B Manager at PortoBay Hotels and The One Palácio da Anunciada, from where he left to become the Restaurant Manager of a Japanese restaurant until he joined Kabuki Lisboa at the end of 2021.
