Opened in 2012
When the group decided to open a restaurant in Valencia, they looked for a name that would evoke Japan and the location in the city of Turia. This is how they came up with the name Kabuki Kōmori, which means bat in Japanese, in a clear allusion to the city’s coat of arms.
Once again, Kabuki Kōmori has chosen a unique and exclusive location, the Westin Valencia Hotel: an establishment located in the city centre, in the modernist La Lanera building from the early 20th century, which has been completely renovated to adapt it to the luxury and exclusivity demanded by its customers.
The chef Sebastián Castillo Wong, with an extensive experience in the group, has followed the line of Kabuki cuisine. The manager is Hiromi Okura and the sommelier is Tara Hernández-Monzón. Kabuki Kōmori has been awarded two Repsol Suns by the Repsol Guide.
The dining room maintains the Californian Art Deco style of the hotel. You can choose to sit at a table or at the sushi bar where the sushi and sashimi are prepared in front of the customers.
The restaurant has a terrace located in the hotel’s inner courtyard garden where you can experience the Kabuki Cuisine while enjoying Valencia’s pleasant weather.
The restaurant has private rooms for business lunches or between friends/family, where we can offer you a personalized menu for the occasion.
The restaurant has a delivery offer or also a take away option.
Kabuki offers you the possibility of giving a different and exclusive gift, a gift through which you can enjoy Kabuki gastronomy and hospitality. An experience that will certainly be remembered for a long time.
If you don’t know what the most appropriate gift is, you can let the recipient choose.
Our gift vouchers can be used for a special meal or menu and are a great complement to a menu gift because it gives the recipient the possibility to choose the wine they want to drink, within their budget.
